The Boundless Dance Institute is committed to helping individuals and communities bring dance into their lives as means of expressing truth and beauty. Using Yoga as a foundation for the dance experience, individuals of all body sizes, flexibility and strength levels are able to access increased body awareness needed to expand their communication through dance.     Ongoing classes and classses availiable for workshops and retreats include: Adult or Child-Yoga Dance,Yoga Tumbling,Family Yoga, Choreography, Improvisation, Modern Dance Technique,Performance Techniques and Hip Hop.     Demonstration and Performance directing and discussions on Creative Spirit are also availiable.
